Brown Sugar-Peach Crumble

Ingredients
6 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup light brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 Tbs cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup milk

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Place peach slices in an 8 x 8 baking pan. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Whisk to combine. Pour over the peaches. Toss to coat.
- For the crumble topping, combine the flour, remaining sugars, baking powder and salt. Add melted butter. Stir to combine. Spread over the peaches. Drizzle milk over the top. Bake for 50 minutes until filling is bubbly, and topping is crisp and golden. Let cool until warm but not piping hot. Scoop the dessert into jars, and top with ice cream before serving.
